Product Introduction

Microgrid controller (STS) is composed of four parts: fast switching, high precision detection, logic control and
external communication. Can automatically complete and off-grid switching and grid parallel function. The
active switching and off-grid time is 0ms, the passive switching time is 20ms (typical), and the switch can be
achieved within 4ms through customization.

In the energy storage system, the main function of PCS is to control the energy bidirectional and realize the absorption
or discharge of power grid energyTherefore, PCS has a certain tolerance to abnormal fluctuations of the power grid
(such as undervoltage, overvoltage, wave drop, frequency anomalies, etc.). Therefore, for the energy storage system
with off-grid switching requirements, the abnormal judgment of the grid voltage is usually more tolerant, and only the
grid is disconnected and off-grid switch to achieve off-grid power supply, to ensure the stability of the system, and the
typical passive switching time is recommended to be 20msHowever, for occasions with high requirements for power supply,
PCS is required to quickly detect abnormal grid waveform andrespond quickly to ensure the quality of power supply.
However, this application may have an impact on the charge anddischarge of energy storage power, that is, if the
grid waveform is abnormal, it will switch to the off-grid state,regardless of  whether it is in the state of energy
storage charging or discharge at this time. For this case, even the use of VSC virtual synchro technology can
not solve the abnormal waveform, because the virtual synchro can only supplement the active and reactive power of the energy and impedance of the cycle level, but can not compensate the instantaneous voltage waveform.
Therefore, to obtain the best voltage waveform, only off-grid operation, pure power supply provided by the inverter.
